All members of Team Fox are expected to participate in weekly team meetings. This is where we share ideas, suggestions, and alternatives for tools and products that might serve the company better.
- Pay: is based on experience and will only be discussed during job offer.
- Timeliness: is a big deal as the projects we work on require a quick turnaround for changes and updates.
- Availability: to start is 10-20 hours per week with room to grow in the future.
- Start date: is immediate.

Positions we're currently hiring for:
Digital Media Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
- Job Duties: Including but not limited to…
- With the help of the marketing supervisor, create original social media content and advertisement copy.
- Post content on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, MeWe, and YouTube. Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
- Assist sales staff and instructors by updating the website with details of scheduled classes/events.
- Create and email newsletters communicating class/event schedules and products.
- Assist the marketing supervisor with creating and editing original video and photography content.
- Required:
- Ability to follow existing branding for classes/event/sales promotion as advised by the marketing director
- Education: High school diploma.
- Training: is provided so experience is not required, but we’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, loves analysis, and has a can-do, optimistic, energetic attitude.
- Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing.
- Experience with Canva, GetResponse, Zapier, Later, Corel Video Studio.
Translator, Spanish Interpreter (Part-Time)
- Job Duties: Including but not limited to…
- Act as Interpreter between customers and instructors in our Online courses.
- Act as Interpreter between customers, staff, and educators in our Live Zoom events.
- Must be available to work during the week day, early evenings, Saturdays, and on short notice for virtual meetings.
- Interpret with no additions or omissions.
- Render clear and exact translations of written materials.
- Assist the director of education with creating and editing original video content for online courses.
- Required:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Strong written and oral language skills in Spanish and English, including proofreading with keen attention to details.
- Warm personality with strong communications and customer service skills.
- Training: is provided so experience is not required, but we’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, loves analysis, and has a can-do, optimistic, energetic attitude.
- Preferred:
- Bachelors degree.
- Two years of experience as translator/interpreter.
- Experience with sewing, quilting, and longarm quilting machines.
