PS 1: Beginning Pro-Stitcher Retreat
Are you new to Pro-Stitcher? Are you interested in learning how to use Pro-Stitcher Premium more effectively? This is your chance to spend time with award-winning educator, Dr. Donna Smith, to master your machine, develop new skills, and build confidence to transform your quilting with Pro-Stitcher. PS 2: Intermediate Pro-Stitcher Retreat
Are you interested in advancing your Pro-Stitcher skills? This is your chance to spend time with award-winning educator, Dr. Donna Smith, to master your machine, develop new skills, and build confidence to transform your quilting with Pro-Stitcher. Join us for a 3 days of classes at Pro-Stitcher Academy. In the Intermediate Pro-Stitcher Retreat we move from Basic quilting with Pro-Stitcher to combining designs to creating new designs. This retreat is not for the beginning user. The participants must be knowledgeable in Pro-Stitcher and efficient in edge-to-edge and basic block to block quilting. We dive into Pro-Stitcher Premium (aka Connect) to combine designs, sashings and borders to add unique elements to our quilts. We?ll learn multiple ways to quilt oversized blocks and use cropping to create fun quilts. An overview of Pro-Stitcher Designer (aka Software) and have some fun exploring the use of Designer with Premium. May pay for an additional night to arrive the day before classes begin.

In the Advanced Pro-Stitcher Retreat we go way beyond combining designs to creating new designs for whole quilts. This retreat is not for the faint-hearted or typical quilter. The participants must be extremely knowledgeable in using intermediate to advanced Pro-Stitcher functions and quilting. We dive into Pro-Stitcher Premium (aka Connect) and Pro-Stitcher Designer and use both to create awesomeness. In the show quilting world, it's custom, custom, custom. In addition, we will explore using different textile mediums to create non-quilt quilted projects (for example, using upholstery fabric, wool, etc. to create home decor items.) May pay for an additional night to arrive the day before classes begin. Join us for a 3-days and 2-nights Pro-Stitcher Academy Retreat and enjoy the evenings, perfecting what you learn.
