Beginning Longarm Retreat (April 7 - April 9, 2025)

At our Beginning Longarm Quilting Retreat, we believe in small, hands-on classes where you get real-time guidance and encouragement—without the pressure of a crowded classroom. Unlike large training events where you’re just another student in a sea of quilters, our boutique retreat is designed for personalized learning with only a few students at a time. That means more one-on-one help, more hands-on time, and more confidence in your skills when you leave.

What You’ll Learn:
Over two and a half days, you’ll dive into:

  • Longarm Basics: Threading, tension adjustments, needles, and thread choices—without the confusion.
  • Free-Motion Fun: Move the machine with control and ease. Yes, even if you've never done it before!
  • Ruler Work for Precision: No more wobbly lines—just smooth, confident quilting.
  • Troubleshooting Like a Pro: Because mistakes happen. But they don’t have to slow you down!

And Here’s What Makes Us Different…
While some big-name quilting companies (cough Handi Quilter cough) offer similar retreats, they only cover the classes. You’ll still have to book a hotel and figure out your meals, which adds extra cost and hassle. But at our retreat, your room and all your meals are included. Imagine finishing up a hands-on quilting session, then gathering for a delicious meal with new quilting friends—without ever worrying about where to stay or what’s for dinner.

What’s Included:
 * Boutique-style instruction with a professional educator
 * All materials provided (fabric, batting, and backing)
 * Handouts with designs, tips, and troubleshooting guides
 * Exclusive event discounts on accessories and supplies
 * All meals included (and yes, the food is actually good!)
 * Overnight accommodations for a true retreat experience

No stress. No distractions. Just quilting, learning, and fun.

Spots are limited—because we keep our retreats small and personal. If you’re ready to finally feel comfortable with your longarm in a supportive, hands-on environment, this is the retreat for you.

Reserve your spot today and get ready for an unforgettable quilting experience!
