Product Return Policy:

Returns are gladly accepted with original receipt showing regular sales price and only on unopened and unused notions and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Returns of cut fabrics and "on sale" items cannot be returned for full refund. Please note that a restocking fee may be charged on items when shipping fees are incurred by Fox Country Quilts.

Class Fees and Registration:

We do everything we can to keep class fees economical and affordable. Class fees are set to pay the instructors and cover the cost of our facilities. You may register for our classes in person or on our website. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Cancellation and Refunds for Class Fees and Registration:

We use class registration fees to aid the instructors with preparation for the class and for apply a deposit if requested. In order to qualify for a refund of registration fees, you must contact Fox Country Quilts to cancel your registration a minimum of seven days prior to class. If you do not cancel seven days prior to class and you miss a class, a refund will not be processed, nor will that class fee be transferred to another class. If you do not show up for a class, we are unable to refund your class registration fee.

There are NO REFUNDS on Special Events including out-of-town instructors. Because we schedule out-of-town instructors and Special Events far in advance of opening registration, we are unable to give refunds unless special arrangements are made with Fox Country Quilts at least seven days prior to the class or event beginning.
