Return Policy

At Fox Country Quilts, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

General Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Fabric & Cut Goods

Due to the nature of fabric being cut to order, all fabric, batting, and cut goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Notions, Tools & Accessories

Unused notions and tools may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Machines & Equipment

All machine sales are final. If you experience any issues, please contact us—we are committed to supporting you with service, training, and warranty assistance.

Classes & Events

Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to transfer your registration to another class or provide store credit.

Retreats

Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Due to limited space, cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are not eligible for refunds. Earlier cancellations may be eligible for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
